About the Metro Lacrosse Club:

The purpose of Metro Lacrosse is to provide numerous and continuing opportunities for young women in the NY and NJ area to play the game of lacrosse.  This is done through a variety of quality programs including large and small group instruction, league play, and membership on travel teams.

Metro lacrosse sponsors the following activities:

Apex Super Sticks	Intensive skill sessions to bring your game to the next level.
Metro Magic Travel Teams	Metro Lacrosse travel teams - by tryout only.
Fall Ball League	Outdoor league played on Sunday evenings in the fall.  Join individually or as a team.
Coaches Power Clinic	NCAA Coaches come to Metro for a Power Clinic
