The goal of this year-round program is to provide instruction and guidance to players looking to compete at the top levels of the game. Many of these players are training with the goal of playing at the collegiate level in the future. Membership is determined by annual try-outs which are held in December.
NEWS & INFORMATION

Lonnie Sarnell spoke to a couple of our Metro teams at our first practice this past Sunday. Lonnie went through the Metro program before going on to play goalie at Yale. She is a clinical psychologist and sport psychologist and will be working with the Metro teams throughout the season. On Sunday, Lonnie spoke to players about some very important topics that can greatly influence their lives in a positive way- both on and off the field. The topics covered were realizing the importance of the mental game, how to get into the "zone" of optimal performance, and appropriate goal setting. We are so lucky to have Lonnie working with us this season- applying the strategies she speaks about will make all our players stronger both on and off the field.
